REGULATION ART . 1
The Cercle d'Escrime of Châlons en Champagne Challenge is an individual event for Junior men (epees). This challenge is opened to french and foreign fencers , owners of the License of the current year .
ART. 2

ART. 3
The technical board will be established on the spot.
ART. 4
The fencers’ outfit and material will have to correspond to the regulation of the FFE and in perfect state (outfit 350 Newton and breastplate 800 Newton).
ART. 5
Registration fee are 15 .
ART. 6

ART. 7
Each club presenting at least 4 fencer will have to provide the Organization a qualified referee who will be paid according to the French fencing Federation scale. Foreign delegations are asked to provide 2 referees.
ART. 8
"NON STOP" Event – Buffet on the spot CAUTION: No drink or food allowed in the gymnasium where the event will take place, except at the bar . Sporting shoes are compulsory for every persons, including accompanying people and referees.
ART. 9
Only the Maître d’armes (or the accompanying person) is allowed at the end of the tracks. Other people will stay necessarily in the terraces. The fencers’ equipment will also be stored in the terraces.
ART. 10
You’ll find enclosed a list of the hotels where you’ll be able to stay during the event.
ART. 11
The fact of registrating means that you accept the present regulation and its arrangements.
ART. 12
ALLOWANCE: the first 8 fencers will receive rewards.
ARTI. 13
For the good progress of the challenge, the organizers reserve the right to modify the present regulation and decline any responsibility in the event of an accident, theft or loss which can arise to the participants and to the spectators.
Any protest will be settled by the Technical Directory.

NB: On Saturday 9th December, some of the groups will fence at the fencing hall – 19 avenue du Général Sarrail 03 26 65 26 87 (cf. article 2). The other games will take place at the Palais des Sports Pierre de Coubertin. The 2 sites are 600 m apart and a shuttle will be available all day long.
