Cet avis à manifestation d’intérêt fait suite à l’avis général de passation de marché paru dans le JOURNAL DES MARCHES PUBLICS N°461 du 27 juillet 2011. 2. Le Gouvernement de la République du Bénin a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’Appui à la Gestion des Finances Publiques et à l’Amélioration du Climat des Affaires (PAGFPACAF), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce don pour financer la réalisation de l'audit externe des comptes dudit Projet sur une période de dix huit (18) mois. 3. L’objet de la prestation, dont la durée est de un (01) mois vise essentiellement à permettre à l'auditeur, d'exprimer une opinion professionnelle indépendante sur la situation financière du projet sur la période du: (i) 1er janvier au 31 décembre 2015 et, (ii) 1er janvier au 30 juin 2016 . 4. Le Ministère de l’Economie, des Finances et des Programmes de Dénationalisation invite les cabinets intéressés à produire les informations sur leurs capacités et expériences démontrant qu’ils sont qualifiés pour les prestations (nature des activités du cabinet, références concernant l’exécution de contrats analogues, disponibilité des connaissances et qualifications nécessaires parmi son personnel ou son réseau d’experts, etc.). 5.
