Business Development Representative Reporting into Americas Sales Director, the Business Development Representative is responsible for finding and qualifying sales opportunities. The Business Development Manager plays an integral role as part of a Regional Sales Team that consists of Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and Nexthink partners. The BDR is based in our Boston office with the principal responsibility to drive new opportunities and pipeline. Your role           

Create qualified opportunities through outbound phone calling Qualify and convert incoming leads Work closely with channel partners in lead generation activities Campaign and event follow-up Prospect at C-level, VP and Director levels Profile and penetrate Key Accounts Set-up qualified prospect appointments for sales Effectively articulate the value our solution to both technical and non-technical buyers Maintain contact with leads on a regular basis Create new incremental opportunities from existing customers Manage and document the details of the sales cycle in Salesforce.com and other tools

Your profile and experience             

Experience in working in a fast paced, metrics-driven sales environment A demonstrable track record of exceeding targets Understand the importance of IT to organisations University degree in a business subject or relevant experience Outbound calling experience in a corporate environment Software sales experience desirable but Personality and Attitude is the most important Experience of working with channel partners/resellers is desirable. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Confident, outgoing personality who can drive pipeline activity over the phone Ability to multitask and manage priorities Must be able to work well with others as part of a team Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com, desirable May require travel on average up to 2-3 times per quarter Apply now on our website: https://www.nexthink.com/careers/.
