CLIENT : Doris Engineering, Paris (January 2003-November 2003) PROJECT : AKPO ; basic design of a 2Mbbl deep sea FPSO for Nigeria ASSIGNMENT : Lead engineer for hull structure design SCOPE OF WORK : development of FPSO hull structure drawings, midship section design, hull girder calculations, FE calculation of primary structure, Fatigue calculation (in association with Principia Marine), hull appurtenances & foundations calculations. Bid specification drafting. Relations with BV for classification.



CLIENT : Angola Deepwater Consortium, Paris (September 2002-January 2003) PROJECT : basic design of a 2.2Mbbl deep sea FPSO for Angola ASSIGNMENT : engineer for hull structure design SCOPE OF WORK : development of FPSO hull structure drawings, midship section design, FE calculation of primary structure, hull girder calculations, risers support calculations.



CLIENT : Kantwell Overseas shipping, Paris & Bremerhaven (April 2001-July 2002) PROJECT : upgrading of a seismic research vessel for 10 streamers ASSIGNEMENT : technical project manager & Naval Architect SCOPE OF WORK : close supervision of the naval architecture of the conversion, development of the conversion specification, management of the bid with tendering shipyards, negotiation with the contractors, participation to contract drafting, engineering supervision and approval of drawings. Redaction of sea trials protocols for UMS ships & supervision of sea trials. * Ship redelivered after successful sea trials in July 02.



CLIENT : Alda Marine, Paris, Bergen & Gdansk Remontowa shipyard (Sept 2000 – March 2001) PROJECT : conversion of 2 Ro-Ro ships into Fiber optics cable maintenance vessels ASSIGNMENT : Naval Architect & assistant project manager, co-ordination with Cable operator and shipyard SCOPE OF WORK : engineering supervision, purchasing of long lead items, development of ship architecture, development of conversion specification, consultation of shipyards, bid analysis. On shipyard : Responsible for the design approval on the construction site. Management of the late changes and control of the final design (outfitting). * Ship converted successfully in Jan 2002. Presently chartered as a maintenance cable ship.



CLIENT : SGTM, Monaco (Dec 99 – Sept 2000). PROJECT : Monaco main harbor extension SCOPE OF WORK : responsible for the marine operations e.g. ballasting, mooring, towing, grounding of concrete floating structures (80 000t) . Design of all towing and mooring appliance according to BV and DNV rules. Establishment of the Marine Operating Procedures. * The 3 largest concrete blocks towed and grounded on schedule in Monaco since summer 2001.



CLIENT : MAR PROFUNDO GIRASSOL, Paris (Aug 98-Dec 99) FPSO package / Marine department  Risk analysis related to tandem offloading operations  Approval of Shipyard calculations notes & hull structure drawings  Design of FPSO forward protections against tanker collisions  Technical manager for the offloading buoy (subcontracted to SBM- USD 20M- contract) including : drawing approval, calculation notes and purchasing specs review, organization of interfaces between parties, control of the design in view of the compliance with Client specifications & Class). * FPSO Girassol First Oil Occurred Feb 2002.
