Talking about our clothing 5-10 minutes When we talk about our clothing, we use the phrase “I am wearing…” When we ask a question about clothing we use the questions: “What are you wearing?”

I am wearing *a long sleeve shirt, jeans, and shoes.

Notice that in a list after each clothing item there is a comma (,). The word “and” comes before the last item in the list. * “a” is used for singular clothing items For example: One clothing item:    

Two clothing items:    
