TUI INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD This prestigious price established by TUI, the well known international tour operator, has been attributed this year to INSULA in recognition for its pioneering work in sustainable island development.Doctor Wolf Michael IWAND, TUI's executive director, has presided the public award ceremony held on 30th August 2006 on the charming Croatian island of Lošinj, at the occasion of the workshop on "Island Tourism Development", organised by INSULA under the auspices of the Town authorities of Mali Lošinj, the island's capital.
