WORK EXPERIENCE Since 2011
Research Team Leader / R&D Engineer e-Fijy (Lille, France) Manage « Garment Virtual Fitting » project: Manage the R&D team (4 pers.) and subcontractors. Ensure relationship with project partners and customers. Deploy the obtained solution in customer store (international group for children). In charge of R&D software development activities: Develop a real-time engine for virtual fitting (C++, Kinect, Ogre3D). GUI developed on iPad (Xcode, Objective-C). Put R&D department in position and manage it: Set up methods and tools for collaborative development (redmine, git). Participate to R&D roadmap definition. Present the company solutions during conferences and symposiums. Set up a Ph.D. position (relationship with the associated laboratory, recruitment of a Ph.D. candidate).
2007-2010 (3 years)
Research Engineer CEA LIST (Saclay, France) Developed a solution for real-time vehicle localization with an embedded camera: Studied and analysed state of the art (SLAM, SfM, odometry). Defined the specifications of an innovative solution. Developed the solution in a 10 person team (C++). Wrote publications in international top-ranked conferences (CVPR, ISMAR). Presented the resulting solution to industrial customers. Interventions as an expert in the team activities: R&D on several IT projects (indoor localization, augmented reality for maintenance and for mobile phones). Supervised interns and Ph.D. students.
2007 (6 months)
Intern Software Engineer CEA LIST (Saclay, France) Realized an algorithm for object tracking in a video sequence for augmented reality: Studied existing methods. Proposed a robust and real-time solution (C++, Visual Studio).
