This amendment 004 is raised to answer questions from vendors and to make modifications to the RFP.

Questions from Vendors: Q9: For Items 1 and 2 in Annex B – Basis of Payment, there is only one line for pricing. Can we add extra lines to accommodate separate pricing for the Driver’s License Readers and for the cable. A9: The associated cable should be provided and the price included in the price of the Driver License Reader. Extra line items should not be included in the Tables in Annex B. Q10: As per Amendment 001, bidders must submit separate bids for Annex A, 3.1 and 3.2 and as such, for item 3, in the table in Annex B, should the quantity be changed to 690? A10: Yes. Please see modification below.

Modification

1) Delete Annex B – Basis of Payment and insert Annex B – Basis of Payment 3.1 and Annex B – Basis of Payment 3.2.
