M4A3(75) Sherman – Saratoga Springs, NY (USA) Serial Number 11807, built in February, 1943. The M4A3 "Sherman" tank outside the New York State Military museum was formerly a display piece at the New York State Armory in Carthage, N.Y. prior to the armory closure. The tank sat outside the armory for approximately 20 years. The specific history of this vehicle has been lost. Presumably the tank was used by New York National Guard Soldiers of the 27th Armored Division or the 42nd Infantry Division during the 1950s (USA AFVs register)

M4A3(75) Sherman hull w/ T23 turret – Armed Forces Military Museum, Largo, FL (USA) An M4A3 small hatch hull with a T23 turret. On the turret there is an experimental AAI model 108 cupola from a T54/T54E2 turret. The hatch pivots to the side instead of up and back (Joe D Afv discussion Board 02/2014). The hatches and MG ball mount on the front glacis are not original. The front was probably cut open, maybe for agricultural use. The museum probably had to reconstruct part of the front hull to display the tank
