M4A3(75)W Sherman – Bastogne (Belgium) SN 48935, built by Fisher in March, 1944. It served with B Company of the 41st Tank Bn, 11th Armored Div and was nicknamed "Barracuda". It was destroyed on December 30, 1944 in a meadow near Renuamont (http://www.11tharmoreddivision.com/)

M4A3(75)W Sherman “Bourg-la-Reine” – Phalsbourg (France) SN 49709, built by Fisher in May 1944. The tank "Bourg La Reine" was one of the most glorious of the 12th Régiment de Cuirassiers, 2nd French Armored Division. It was put out of combat at this location on November 22, 1944 at the time of the liberation of Phalsbourg. It was saved according to General Leclerc's desire and erected into a monument by the town of Phalsbourg in the grateful homage to the liberators, according to the plaque at the site (France AFVs register)

SN 49008, built by Fisher in March, 1944. Commemorates the M4A3(105) “Cherbourg” of the 12 Cuirassiers Regiment, 2 French Armored Division, destroyed at this location on November 23, 1944. Could be the tank nicknamed “Meknès” of the same unit, put out of action nearby at the same date (France AFVs register)

M4A3(75)W Sherman – Iwo Jima Island (Japan) This tank has been up-armored with wood and concrete on the hull sides and the hatches are protected against magnetic mines. This tank was knocked out during the Battle of Iwo Jima in February-March 1945

The appliqué armor on the side was most probably applied to repair a damage, as the tank might be a WW2 combat veteran. It was formerly displayed at Ferris Barracks, Erlangen, Germany (Joe DeMarco)

M4A3(75)W Sherman – Old Ironsides Museum, Fort Bliss, TX (USA) Serial Number 48740, built by Fisher in March, 1944. Comes from the US Army base in Baumholder, Germany (USA AFVs register). One rear tow lug shows Serial Number 49047, it might be the case that the tow lug with 49047 stamped on might have been welded on to 48740 as a replacement after the original broke off (Joe DeMarco)

M4A3(75)W Sherman – Battlefield Vegas, Las Vegas, NV (USA) Serial Number 49606, USA 3082203, built by Fisher in May, 1944. This is probably a former USMC tank, as it has tracks with “duck bills” and little metal nubs on the two hull hatches, which could be remains of metal spikes welded onto the tops of the hatches, which was a rather common practice in the USMC

M4A3(75)W HVSS Sherman – Museum of American Armor Old Bethpage, NY (USA) Converted/restored from an M74 Tank Recovery Vehicle that was Serial Number 431. The front lifting rings are lower than usual, they were lowered on the glacis during conversion to M74. The Chrysler M4A3 Serial Number is unknown
