S1 Scout Car – Private collection, Monto, QLD (Australia) – running condition
This vehicle is number 5 and may have been one of 5 built at Newport Railways Workshop in Melbourne. The other one known is unrestored and in Sid Beck’s military museum in Mareeba (information from the owner). This is the single one restored to driveable condition (Maple Leaf Up forum)
