Research themes I Biophysics and photo-perturbation of biological and biomimetic membranes. I am interested in understanding the kinetics and nonequilibrium thermodynamics of biological systems. In this framework, I work on the characterization of the physical and biophysical parameters governing the properties of membranes, in relation to their ability to fulfill their biological functions. My main research themes are : — Photo-disruption and permeabilization of membrane systems, — Photo-control of mitochondrial stress and super-resolution imaging, — Photo-control of intracellular traffic and vectorization.
