This amendment is raised to address the following: • To respond to questions received during the solicitation period; and • To revise the solicitation accordingly, as applicable.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS – SERIES 1 Question 1: Can you please confirm the intent of the word “within” in technical evaluation criteria M2? Would the RCMP accept resources with experience working “for” public sector as opposed to “within” public sector? Answer 1: The intent is to have a resource that has had experience in the public sector environment. In this way, yes we would accept experience “for” and/or “within” the public sector. Question 2: Are the requested services for the above referenced solicitation currently being provided or have they been provided previously? If so, please identify the means by which such services have been supplied (e.g., direct and or term employee, personal services contract, or contracted services through a company). If the services were contracted through a company, please provide the name of the contractor and the duration and dollar amount of the contract(s). Answer 2: The services have been provided by contracted services. The incumbent is Tiree and the contract value was $745,800.00 Question 3: We noticed that R7 is missing. Can you please confirm that this was typo and that number can remain as it is with our response document not including an R7? Answer 3: Yes R7was omitted in error. It does not affect the scoring. Question 4: Can you please confirm that page, 28 of the RFP, Section 4.2.2 should Read Project Leader, not Project Manager? Answer 4: Correct. Item 4.2.2 of Annex A on page 28 should indicate “Project Leader” not “Project Manager” Question 5: Page 51 of the RFP, indicates that the Rating scale for each Move Manager has a maximum total points per MM to be 90. Can you please confirm that the maximum number of points for each MM is 90 points and not 118 points? Therefore, the maximum score for R6 should read 270 and not 354. Note: This will also affect and change the Maximum total points and the minimum pass mark indicated on page 56.
Answer 5: Correct. The maximum points for a MM should indicate 90 points per MM and not 118. Modifications to the rating table have been included below in the ‘solicitiation revisions.’

Question 6: The front page of the RFP states that closing date is July 11th, however the website page on Buy and Sell indicates a closing date of July 20th . Can you please confirm the closing date? Answer 6: Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The closing date is July 20, 2016 at 2PM. Please see below for revisions to the contract. Question 7: The front page of the RFP also indicates that Diane Perkins is the Contracting Officer to address questions to. Can you please confirm if you have received our questions and if the contact is yourself or Diane? Answer 7: There was an error on page 1 of the contract. Please see below for revisions to the contract.
