TITLE: Canadian Safety and Security Program on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada This amendment is raised to revise the Request for Information as follows: 1. At Page 7 of 13, article 8, “Engagement Activities and Objectives”: INSERT: Due to the volume of requests, one-on one meetings will also be held on March 8, 2016 in Ottawa, Ontario.
2. At Page 13 of 13, Attachment 004, Stakeholder Questions and Answers: INSERT: 23.
Q. It would be appreciated if Canada could take into consideration the timing of the provision of the information as well as the time required by the stakeholders to provide an appropriate response and revise the Schedule of the engagement process. A. We apologize for the short timeframe of the schedule, however it will not be revised. While the Stakeholder Day will be held on March 7, 2016, Stakeholders who cannot attend the Stakeholder Day in person may attend by Webex by sending a request to the Contract Authority at
[email protected]. Additionally, written feedback will be accepted from interested Stakeholders until the date of Request for Information closing. A summary of the feedback and outcomes from the engagement process will also be published on the Buy and Sell website (www.buyandsell.gc.ca) for the benefit of all potential Stakeholders.

Q. Could you please provide an Agenda for the Stakeholder Day? A. The draft agenda for the Stakeholder Day is attached to the Request for Information as Attachment 005.
