This amendment is raised to correct information regarding trade agreements. See changes below: SOLICITATION REVISIONS 1) PART 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION, 1.4 Trade Agreements DELETE in its entirety. INSERT: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). 2) PART 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION INSERT: 1.5 Canadian Content The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. 3) PART 3 – BID PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS, 3.1.2 Exchange Rate Fluctuations DELETE in its entirety. 4) PART 4 – EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION, 4.1.2.1 Evaluation of Price DELETE in its entirety.
