The BMX section of the Asptt association and the city of Besançon, France, are proud to invite you to the "Coupe de France" of BMX on October 20 and 21, 2007

Welcome The welcome desk will be located inside the event site. Sign-up confirmations will be done there as well as the distribution of color stickers for practices. Official passes are available there too. Friday October 19 from 5 PM to 10 Pm Saturday October 20 from 7:30 am to 10 am. Information packs and sign up confirmations will be given to riders who show their valid BMX membership card.
Track location The BMX track is located at the sport area called "Rosemont" in Besançon France, direction "Micropolis" (see access map). GPS : Latitude N 47° 13' 34" – Longitude E 05° 59' 31". Motorway A36 to Besançon, exit n° 3: "Besançon Planoise" Please follow the BMX signs up to the track.
Security There will be a rescue team throughout the race. (Civil Security) A doctor will be present during the week-end. 2 ambulances will be there. Any transportation to the hospital will be at the rider's expenses. The BMX is not responsible for any casualties, theft during the race.

Sign up fees For the national Race : 17,00 € for each rider 21,00 € for cruiser and 20" class For the "Coupe de France" 31,00 € for Elite, National or Junior women riders for 2 races. The riders born in 2000 and before are not allowed to participate. No refund will be done for any cancellation whatsoever.
Prices NATIONAL RACE: trophees for top 3 of each cruiser category and for top 8 for 20" categories. Coupe de France :

Number plates Each rider will have their own number plate with their national number on it. A side number plate is mandatory for the photo finish system.
Rules The race rule is in accordance to the French Cycling Federation (FFC).

CAMPING A camping is located within the BMX site. All facilities are offered. There is no electricity connection for camping cars. One reservation is 20 € for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). On site reservations: 25€ (if space available). Please fill in the reservation sheet and send it before September 30 to : Pierre Labous, 1 rue des Groseillers, 25220 Roche lez Beaupré.
