This is the last Will and Testament of me John Lovelock of the Parish of Bitton in the County of Gloucester Yeoman as followeth (That is to say) I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Walter Lovelock the Sum of Fifty Pounds to be paid him by my Executors hereinafter named within Three Months next after my Decease. All the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels Cattle moneys Securityes for money Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever I Give and Bequeath unto my Two Sons John Lovelock and Isaac Lovelock Equally between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not a joint Tenants Subject to the payment of my just Debts and Funeral Expence and also Subject to and Chargeable with the Maintenance of my Wife Mary Lovelock during her Natural Life such Maintenance to be proper according to her Degree in Life so as Not to be Superfluous, nor for her to want proper Necessarys And I do hereby Nominate and Appoint my said Two Sons John & Isaac sole & whole Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Nineth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Sevenhundred and Sixty Nine Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto Subscribed our Names as Witnesses at the request and in the Presence of the said Testator
