GlasLift 500 Automotive GlasLift® with a lifting capacity of 500 kg. Easily adapted to lifting different materials. ® The GlasLift 500 can lift objects from floor level up 4.6 meters in all directions.
The front system consists of a main bar and four cross bars with two suction discs each. All units are individually adjustable to achieve the best possible distribution on all units.
The strong head, on which the front system is mounted, has a sturdy design which means that the front system can rotate and tilt the elements. Consequently, the mounting options are almost unlimited.
The sturdy telescopic arm has a standard length of approx. 2 meters, but can slide out to a maximum length of nearly 3 meters.
The hydraulic system is extremely strong and dependable, and dirt does not accumulate on the rams.
The machine's control panel and the remote control panel are equipped with emergency stops.
Sturdy lifting devices ensure that the machine including the crane can be moved easily and safely.
One man can operate the machine manually or by remote control. Easily mounted on all types of objects in any angle. One of the world's safest two-circuit vacuum systems. Saves time and money. All cables and tubes are protected against impacts and dirt. They are either inside the machines, or - as shown led under the telescopic arm – protected by strong PVC flex tubes.
A two-circuit vacuum system ensures that the suction discs always have 400% over-capacity. A visual - and an acoustic alarm ensure that the machine is not operated until the system has reached optimum suction power. If one of the vacuum circuits should fail, the suction discs of the machine still have 200% over-capacity. This makes the vacuum system one of the safest systems in the world.
The operator's platform can be flipped upwards so that the machine will take up less space during transport or when it is operated by remote control.

The front wheels are mounted on sturdy, stable, square axles that can slide to the sides. This gives the GlasLift® 500 unique stability.

GlasLift® 500 complies with the requirements of Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and its ergonomic features were given a high priority during the design phase.
The GlasLift® 500 can lift objects from floor level up 4.6 meters in all directions. The remote control panel features 8 switches to control the various functions of the machine. One of the switches activates the brakes.
