Turn this world into pure white
They painted our present in dark colors, No wonder the blood smells so strong, Turning us against each other, Full of fears, tears, all alone . . . A hell's cycle. A broken shield. I wake up without you in this nightmare, Looking at the sky full of stars, my soul remembering you even now, My voice whispering your name softly, A faintly hope arise in this cold, lifeless place. One more time. They can break us, tear us apart, No matter the sorrows, pains, you'll never fade from my heart. I prayed so long to see snow covering this world one more time, Holding back the desires to hug you again. Even now there's no way opened to meet you nor see you. Promises are only words. They concern only those who believe them. I knew it from the start like a fatality, You'll never be by my side at this time. "You're not alone" you said smiling; And I cried 'cause we're only humans, not gods. There's no hell nor paradise; only our beliefs and this planet as our home. There's no happiness nor sadness; only our choices to make the difference. We design our future and can decide it together. I dropped the keys of this reality, Made those chains fade away alongside with this fate. I hide myself long enough in this darkness; Cried like a baby endlessly, without you here by my side. I'm missing you so much day after day. (I opened my eyes and saw thru lies.) I want to see snow falling again, slowly. As you promised please turn this world into pure white; So my tears will stop; so I can smile one more time; Start anew alongside with you.
Promises are only words. (I remember it) They concern only those who believe them. (I can't anymore.) I knew it from the start like a fatality, (I thought there was no way.) You'll never be by my side at this time. (What to do from here?) They said you chose living thru dreams; running away from this fake reality, Trying to hide away your broken heart and wishes, Thinking it will be enough to drink and dream, Believing you'll find a way out from those aches by yourself. In this space and time why cannot we reach each other? Alone, you said, there's nothing we can do. Crying and waiting, no one will come save you. Your life teaching, I know it by heart, We must move on no matter what. Together. Stop crying, change your clothes and come out to meet us. We'll be there to welcome you anytime. You'll never be by my side at this time. (I decided to cross the path and come to you.) Snow is falling again, slowly, turning this world into pure white again. I'll make a new step ahead and hold out my hand, I know we'll reach each other thru time, smiling and laughing one more time. Tears have stopped the moment we hugged, Finally completed, opening a new way to our kind. We will never forget our battles, pains or joy; Step by step we crossed the lines, defying this destiny, Breaking into a new bright future, we chose together in that past, A future which awaits you if you're ready to break the walls. Never forget, we're not alone no matter what or where. I'll tell you the secret. Open your eyes, look around you, You'll find the strength to cross time and space fearlessly. Stay together and never betray each other. Stick to your convictions no matter what. Opened arms and warmth will welcome you anytime.
