SOUND SYSTEM: The Promoter should provide a high quality system, m ultiway active. This system m ust
guarantee a SPL of 90 dB RMS with 14 dB of headroom at the mix position, and a uniform coverage at any position in the house . It should have a flat response from 20Hz to20KHz. Console and processors: -‐ 32 Input Channels Console -‐ 4 Compressors (as shown in input list)* -‐ 1 Noise gate (as shown in input list)* -‐ 4 multi-‐effects processors * -‐ 1/3 octave equalizer in L/R* -‐1 professional CD player -‐ 1 Intercom System * Only in case of analog mixing consoles.
A professional sound contractor should provide the system. The presence of experienced FOH and Monitor engineers is required to assist the band engineer or to operate the show. Engineers shall have the sound system in place and in working order at the time of load in, and shall assist in microphone placement and wiring of the stage, and be present throughout the performance. The sound system shall be free of electrical noise caused by lighting systems, power grounding problems, etc.
LIGHTING:
Promoter shall provide professional stage lighting and operator.

• 1 x Acoustic Grand Piano Steinway and Sons Concert Hall D Series (or Bosendorfer) length 2.73m. minimum, tuned at 440Hz.+AdjustablePianoStool+ light for music papers. The piano should be tuned twice during the show day, first before the soundcheck and a second one after the sound check, before opening doors. • 1 x Fender Rhodes (with Amp) or Nord Piano or Nord Stage (with stand). • 1x Acoustic Double Bass Rubbner or David Cage,¾size 4 strings, equipped with a good quality pick-‐up. Please be sure to provide a professional bow. Please also provide a spare new strings set (just in case). • 1 x Bass Amp Ampeg, Gallien Krueger or SWR, equipped with 4x10” plus 1x15” Cabinets. • 1 x Complete Drum Kit DW, Yamaha, Gretsch, Mapex; containing:1xDrumKick20” with Single Kick pedal,1 x Snare 14”,1 x Tom10”,1 x Tom12”,1 x floorTom14”,1 x Hi-‐ Hat 13”(standonly), 5 x Cymbals stands. NOTE: All heads m ust be coated. • 1 x Djembe (with stand) • 1 x Bongó (with stand) • 1 x Cajón Flamenco • 1 x Drumstool. • 1 x Barstool. • 1 x Black Carpet 3m.x2m for the drums. • The drummer will bring all cymbals. • 3 x Music stands with lights +1 x Extra lamp for the pianist.
LOCAL CREW The Promoter will provide the following LOCAL crew: • • • •

SOUNDCHECK: A sound check will be required on the day of the performance. Please have main PA system fully operational prior to artist arrival. The artist will have a minimum of 90 minutes for setup and sound check. If sound check is completely impossible due to timing restriction, the artist will have a minimum of 30 minutes line check. DRESSING ROOM & CATERING: 1 Dressing room shall be provided with: • One (1)comfortable sofa. • Table • Chairs • Mirror • Hangers • 6 small towels for stage. Catering shall be ready for the artist arrival. Please provide: • Coffee and Tea making facilities. • Assortment of beverages (coke, sprite, fruit juices, etc.) • Fresh bread. • Assortment of sliced cold meats. • Assortment of chesses. • Butter. • Assortment of fresh fruits. • 1 bottle of Single Malt W hisky. • Plenty of small bottles of water. Dinner shall be provided on the show day or a buy out of 20€ for each band member. INVITATIONS: The Promoter shall provide 10 free tickets for the artist’s guests.
