Sun Yoga India workshop ™ level 2 (advanced) in France from August 6th to August 12th, 2016 in South Alps REQUESITES TO ATTEND THE WORKSHOP : 1)You must have attended a beginner Sun Yoga India workshop ™ (level 1) with Uma Sankar Sunyogi 2)You must have regularly practiced Sun Yoga for at least 6 months NB : however, those who have attended a beginner Sun Yoga workshop this year and who feel ready for the advanced workshop can attend it 3)You must be prepared to practice Sun Yoga at noon without fear, and you must have prepared your body through regular practice when Sun is high in the sky 4) You must be mentally prepared to receive a Samadhi experience DATES AND SCHEDULE OF THE WORKSHOP : From Saturday, August 6th to Friday, August 12th, in 2016 For this intense workshop, the wake up will be between 4am and 5 am everdyday, except the first day on which it is asked to arrive latest at 9am. The end of practices will be around 10pm. The day will be divided into preparatory exercises for meditation, Sunyoga practice, theoretical courses, meals and breaks. The detailed scheduled is intentionnaly not given since it may change from one day to another, besides that Sunyogi doesn't wish attendees to create expectations in regard to the workshop, that he considers to be blocages for the practice. Place of the workshop : Gaudichart, in South Alps, near Prads-Haute-Bléone (Zip code : 04420), at 1250 meters of altitude. The place of Gaudichart is then accessible by foot. - by airplane : Marseille-Provence Airport (formerly called Marseille Marignane) - by train : Aix-en-Provence TGV station - whether you come by plane or by train, you may then take the bus of this line : Ligne Express Régionale Marseille - Digne (here is the link for schedules and fees, make sure to book your place in advance : http://info-ler.fr/upload/ficheshoraires/web2016/FH_LER_26.pdf). The station is « gare SNCF de Digne les bains » Meeting point : If you arrive the day before (on the 5th) : - if you arrive by bus at the SNCF station of Digne, the meeting point is at 3:30 pm. Please let us know in advance if you need somebody to pick you up. - for those who arrive by car or carpooling, the meeting point is in Prads-Haute-Bléone at 4:30 pm If you arrive on the beginning day (on the 6th) : - please make sure to arrive latest at 9:00am at Gaudichart. The access to Gaudichart takes 20 to 30 minutes by foot from the village of Prads-Haute-Bléone where the meeting point is fixed at 08:00am. A good lifts will be available for your luggages. Accomodation : This practice is a spiritual work. As a result, accomodation for men and women will be in separate places. Accomodation will be in chalets of 4. For those who wish, it is possible to bring a tent to camp. (NB : if the workshop is nearly full, priority for inscription will be given to persons sleeping in chalets). Price and payment of the workshop : - annual membership fee (except if you have already attended a workshop with Sunyogi this year) : 10! - Price for the teachings of Uma Sankar Sunyogi ™ : 70 ! - Full board price (including accomodation and 3 meals a day (except for the last day -on August 12th- where dinner is not included) :
