Règlement du concours #MyWinterInChampery [Contest Rules –> page 3]
1. Organisateur et période Le concours est organisé par Champéry Tourisme SA (ci-après nommé "l'organisateur"). Il débute le 17 décembre 2016 à 00h01 et termine le 17 avril 2017 à 23h59 (heures locales). Le concours consiste à prendre une ou plusieurs photographies et vidéos de Champéry, sur les pistes du domaine international relié des Portes du Soleil ou dans la station, lors de la saison hivernale et de la/les publier sur Instagram avec l’hashtag #MyWinterInChampery.
2. Participants Le concours est ouvert aux participants du monde entier, de 13 à 99 ans. Seules les publications depuis des comptes Instagram publics sont visibles et donc susceptibles d’intégrer le concours. L'organisateur se réserve le droit de supprimer les publications des personnes ne correspondant pas à la désignation de "participant".
3. Gagnants À intervalles réguliers, un ou plusieurs gagnants seront désignés par le Jury composé de collaborateurs de Champéry Tourisme SA. Les gagnants seront prévenus en commentaire de leur photo sur Instagram. L'organisateur se réserve le droit de publier le nom d'utilisateur Instagram des gagnants ainsi que leur(s) photographie(s) et/ou vidéo(s) sur sa page Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/otchampery), son compte Twitter (https://twitter.com/otchampery) et Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/champery_tourisme).
4. Lots Plusieurs lots sont à remporter pendant la durée du concours #MyWinterInChampery : •

Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée. Les gagnants seront avertis (voir chapitre 3) et devront alors fournir leurs coordonnées personnelles (nom, prénom, adresse postale et e-mail) afin de recevoir leur(s) lot(s). Celles-ci doivent être communiquées par message privé sur la page Facebook de l'organisateur ou par email à
[email protected].
5. Modifications du présent règlement L'organisateur se réserve le droit en tout temps de modifier le présent règlement et d'exclure des photographies et vidéos sans justification.

6. Collecte d’informations, loi informatique et libertés En postant et partageant leur(s) photographie(s)/vidéo(s) avec l’hashtag #MyWinterInChampery, les participants acceptent que ceux-ci soient utilisés sur les réseaux sociaux de l’organisateur, par regram, retweet ou repost – avec mention du nom d’utilisateur du participant. Les données nominatives et de contacts recueillies dans le cadre de la participation au concours sont enregistrées et utilisées par l'organisateur pour les nécessités de leur participation et de l'attribution de leur(s) lot(s) uniquement. Les participants pourront demander à ne pas figurer ou être retirés du fichier à tout moment, ils bénéficieront d’un droit d'accès de rectification et de radiation des données les concernant sur simple demande à l’adresse e-mail du concours (
[email protected]). Les personnes qui exerceront le droit de radiation des données les concernant avant la fin du concours déclarent de ce fait renoncer à leur participation.
7. Cas de force majeure / réserves La responsabilité de l'organisateur ne saurait être encourue si, pour un cas de force majeure ou indépendant de sa volonté, le concours devait être modifié, écourté ou annulé. L'organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification qu'il jugera utile, relative au respect du règlement, notamment pour écarter tout participant ayant effectué une déclaration inexacte, mensongère ou fraudée. L'organisateur du concours #MyWinterInChampery est déchargé de toute responsabilité. Chaque participant engage sa propre responsabilité. Les collaborateurs de Champéry Tourisme SA et de ses partenaires impliqués dans ce concours ne sont pas autorisés à participer.
8. Litiges Toute difficulté d’application ou d’interprétation du règlement sera tranchée exclusivement par l'organisateur. Le for juridique se trouve à Monthey (Valais, Suisse).

Contest Rules* #MyWinterInChampery 9. Sponsor and Contest period The Contest is organized by Champéry Tourisme SA (hereafter called the ‘Sponsor’) and will begin on the 17th of December 2015 at 00:01 am and will finish on the 17th of April 2017 at 11:59 pm (local time). Participants may submit one or more photos or videos of Champéry, taken either on the ski slopes of the Portes du Soleil ski area or in the resort. Photos must be taken during the winter season and published on Instagram with the #MyWinterInChampery hashtag.
10.
Participants and Eligibility
The contest is open to participants world-wide, aged 13 to 99 years. Only publications posted to public Instagram accounts will be visible and therefore eligible for the contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to delete entries made by anyone who does not fulfil the criteria to participate.
11.
Winners
At regular intervals, one or more winners will be designated by the Jury, composed of members of Champéry Tourisme SA. The winners will be notified by a comment posted to their photo on Instagram. The Sponsor reserves the right to publish the name of the Instagram user as well as the winning photograph(s) and/or video(s) on the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/otchampery), Twitter (https://twitter.com/otchampery) or Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/champery_tourisme).
12.
Prizes
Several prizes will be awarded throughout the #MyWinterInChampery contest: •

green ‘beanie’ cap branded with the Sponsor’s logo,

10 x 1
day ski-pass for the entire Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil ski area.
No disputes or claims for damages will be taken into account. The winners will be notified (see point 3) and will be required to provide their personal information (last name, first name, address and email) in order to receive their prize(es). This information may be shared by private message on the Sponsor’s Facebook page or by email at
[email protected].
13.
Modifications to the Contest Rules
The Sponsor reserves the right as its sole discretion at any time to modify the present Contest Rules and/or to exclude any photos or videos without justification.

14.
Information Collection, Data Protection
By posting and sharing photos or videos with the #MyWinterInChampery hashtag, Participants automatically grant rights to the Sponsor to use them on its own social media by regraming, reposting or retweeting. Username of the participant will be mentioned in any case. The personal and contact data collected as a result of participation in the Contest will only be recorded and used by the Sponsor for the needs of the Contest and for the attribution of the Prize(s). Participants may ask to be omitted or to be removed from the Sponsor’s file at any time. Participants also have the right to access, rectify and remove data about themselves upon written request to the email address of the Contest at
[email protected]. Participants who exercise the right to strike their personal data concerning before the end of the Contest thereby renounce their participation in the Contest.
15.
Unforseen events and ‘Force Majeure’ reservations
The responsibility of the Sponsor will not be liable if, for a case of Force Majeure outside of its control, the Contest must be modified, shortened or cancelled entirely. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct any verification it deems necessary relative to the enforcement of the Contest Rules, in particular to eliminate any participant who has made a misrepresentation or a deceptive or fraudulent entry. The Contest Sponsor of #MyWinterInChampery is discharged from liability. Each Participant shall be responsible for his/her entry. Employees and partners of Champéry Tourism SA involved in the competition are not authorized to participate in the Contest.
16.
Litigation
Any disputes as to the application or interpretation of the Contest Rules will be decided exclusively by the Sponsor. The place of jurisdiction shall be Monthey (Valais, Switzerland). *DISCLAIMER: The English version is a translation of the original in French for information purposes only. In case of a discrepancy, the French original will prevail.
