vous invitent à un colloque

Chemical ligation methods allow the site-specific coupling of unprotected biomolecules, and thus the convergent synthesis of complex molecular architectures made of peptides, oligosaccharides or nucleic acids. The goal of this conference is to present the state-of-the-art research in this field. Two key lecturers, Antonello Pessi and Philip Dawson, will present their recent achievements. The conference is open to oral and poster presentations.

14h00- Application of chemoselective ligation to peptide and protein engineering A. Pessi, Istituto di Ricerche di Biologia Molecolare and Merck Research Laboratories, Pomezia, Italy

It is organized at the Institut de Biologie de LILLE, situated on Pasteur Institute of LILLE campus.

17h20- Furan oxidation as a novel strategy for cross-linking and labelling of biomolecules A. Madder, Laboratory for Organic and Biomimetic Chemistry, Gent, Belgium

Access : -10-15 min by foot from Lille Flandre or Lille Europe train stations -accessible by underground (Lille Grand Palais station).

17h40-Use of Chemoselective Oxime Ligation for Conjugation of Oligonucleotides E. Defrancq, Département de Chimie Moléculaire, UJF, Grenoble, France
