Example: Adriatic Gateway • Port/infrastructure investment case • A feasibility study and development plan for an Adriatic Gateway Multiport. • The multiport would cluster and expand the capabilities of existing Adriatic Sea ports. • The developed port calls for investment in port facilities and logistics infrastructure including handling and lift systems for both general cargo and intermodal containers. • The gateway could improve efficiency and trigger a modal shift.
