ACCENTURE, Paris. IT Consulting. 180,000 people worldwide. Since April 2010: ADECCO, Lyon. I am in charge of coordinating a large Electronic Documents project that will be deployed in 1,300 agencies. Part of the team is based offshore (India). March 2010 to April 2010: SANOFI-PASTEUR, Lyon. I was in charge of leading a study which aimed at defining the solution for improving the Clinical Trial Reporting. October 2008 to January 2010: SFR, Paris. Telecommunication Company. This was an outsourcing deal involving onshore and offshore teams (India). I was responsible for a team of 6 people. We were in charge of the evolutive maintenance of 15 datamarts and the Business Objects reporting. February 2008 to October 2008: FORTIS, Brussels. I worked on the design and the implementation of Data Quality services for the customer referential (Customer Data Integration, Customer Data Management). I also coordinated a population migration project. October 2007 to January 2008: CAISSE D’EPARGNE, Normandy. I designed the post-merger reporting architecture and helped to implement it (Business Objects). July 2006 to September 2007: CREDIT AGRICOLE AM, Paris. I worked on a project to automate data flows between different applications. ETL solution based on SQL Server Integration Services. I had also participated in the implementation of a Datawarehouse based on SQL Server 2005. April to June 2006: NATEXIS, Paris. Investment Bank. I worked as an SQL Analysis Services Architect (SQL Server 2005). I enhanced the existing tool in order to support a small team of Business Analysts working to reconcile the Q1 2006 FX position and P&L.

As a Business Analyst within the Business Improvement Team (three people), I gathered and analysed wide range of disparate data to generate conclusive and ongoing Business. I provided access to data, KPIs, financial and statistical information through technologies such as ASP.net and SQL.
2003-2004 (8 months)
TEAM PARTNERS, Paris. IT Outsourcing Services. 900 people in France. The French Rail Company (RATP) was facing the Herculean task to repackage their 150 most common applications for the migration of their 15,000 workstations from Windows NT to Windows XP. As part of a team of four people, I successfully managed the InstallShield work stream and I delivered the solution in 8 months, 15 days ahead of schedule.
2003 (3 months)
ORANGE, Lyon. Telecom Company. 30,000 people worldwide. I was in charge of designing and developing a tool in order to assess the ORANGE GPRS network. I developed scripts (Shell and VB) for measuring HTTP, FTP and Ping performances through the GPRS network. The Project Manager was very happy with the solution and told me in 2005 that my tool has become incredibly popular within the company.
2002-2003 (5 months)
TOTAL, London. Energy company. Gas&Power Trading floor. 111,000 people worldwide. As a network expert I was responsible for designing the tender of a £350,000 network project. This was to provide the telecommuters with an access to the corporate network. I also carried out a survey of the different VPN solutions existing on the market and I especially tested the Checkpoint FW-1/VPN-1 solution on a dedicated platform. To strengthen the network security I designed an IDS architecture and I implemented it.
2001 (2 months)
FOCAL SYSTEMS, Paris. IT Outsourcing Services. 1,500 people in France. I worked as part of a four people team in charge of providing excellent IT service for internal needs. I was particularly responsible for administrating Lotus Notes and the 500 mail databases associated with (account creations, rights, compressions…). I also created 50 IT procedures for remote administration 24/7 and I looked after the backup system (tapes) of FOCAL SYSTEMS.
