Install the bottom tier to the top tier by screwing the fixture arms to the swivels and bottom of the top tier.

Assemble the top tier by screwing the fixture arms to the swivels, then secure them to the hub using the washers and couplers.

Place the hub cover and washer onto the hub nipple and secure them in place with the hex nut. Place the spacer onto the hub nipple

Follow enclosed supplement installation instructions for electrical and fixture installation onto house outlet box.

Using a cloth, install the lamp by inserting the lamp pins into the socket. Refer to the label on the lamp socket for Max Wattage information.

Install the lamp shield over the lamp.

Place the inner shade into the shade base, then place the outer shade over the inner shade and into the shade base. Repeat steps 5-7 for remaining sockets. 1
