Dear Sir or madam, I am writing on behalf of students in the Networks and Telecoms Dept. at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie here in Saint Malo, France. We are part of the University of Rennes and run various Diploma Courses specialising in training High-grade Networks and Telecoms Technicians. The course is varied and intensive, providing students with a firm grounding in many related theories and considerable practical experience. At the end of the course, students are required to do a 10-week unpaid internship in a Company from April 10th to June 17th 2006. Since 1998, I have organised dozens of successful internships in countries around Europe and further afield, many satisfied companies subsequently hosting students every year, and I am currently looking to find new contacts. Work placements are not only beneficial to students, who acquire serious professional experience, but also to the host organisation who benefit from a hard-working and already very skilled technician for the internship period. I insist on the fact that the internship is unpaid and therefore imposes few constraints on your Company.
