Control and improvement of the non-conformities process treatment in manufacturing. 2005 - 2008 : SAGEM DEFENSE SECURITE - SAFRAN Group – Montluçon (03) Missions : Organising production of inertial measurement unit. Quotations, costs reducing, planning and task organisation, quality improvement, choice and new investments study (6 people team, 1M€ activities).
