WORK EXPERIENCE Since 2008 : EUROCOPTER - EADS Group - Marignane (13) Missions : Project management for industrialisation regarding production and transfers of helicopters structures. Technical authority and animation of offsets in Malaysia (400 K€/an). Outsourcing of products (1000 part numbers) towards a French supplier (300K€, 20000h). Qualification and investment of a fast tool for prototyping by laser sintering (600K€). Control and improvement of the non-conformities process treatment in manufacturing. 2005 - 2008 : SAGEM DEFENSE SECURITE - SAFRAN Group – Montluçon (03) Missions : Organising production of inertial measurement unit. Quotations, costs reducing, planning and task organisation, quality improvement, choice and new investments study (6 people team, 1M€ activities). Engineering improvement : setting up of a monitoring system for complex process of manufacturing and production (plasma cleaning, electron beam welding, degassing and vacuum processing, micro assembly, testing etc...) 2002 - 2005 : SAGEM DEFENSE SECURITE - Montluçon (03) Missions : Quality manager in aeronautical production and maintenance for a specific military unit with top strategic implications (SPERWER).
