Symptom The table CRMATAB in the CRM system or the connected ERP system is empty. The report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB does not exist.

Reason and Prerequisites The table CRMATAB in the CRM system or the connected ERP system is empty. The report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB does not exist. You have implemented Note 1502607 or a relevant Support Package in PI-Basis of the CRM system or the ERP system.
Solution Import the relevant Support Package or implement the correction instructions. You must then execute the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in CRM. As the destination, specify the RFC connection of the system in which the entries are missing. If necessary, run the report twice: once for the CRM system (destination NONE), and once for the connected ERP system. If only the entries for a specific object are missing, specify the object name. If all of the entries are missing, select the indicator "All Objects". The entries in the table CRMATAB are not transported. Therefore, the report must be executed again in each CRM system in the system landscape.
