Why the 6-day HHWM Workshop? : Internet has made connectivity with external world so dominating that people have forgotten about Innernet, which constitutes their holistic identity. This is the irony of modernization and development that while there has been an explosion of connectivity with the material world, there
has been a proportional decline in recognizing the indispensability of the spiritual world, which alone can bring a balance in healthy happy living. Desk-bound offices and machine-fitted homes have drastically reduced body’s physical activity. The critical abdominal fire necessary for normal body health is missing. People are ignorant about necessity of living in tune with Nature’s laws. Dependence on fast foods and artificial spaces further weakens body’s immunity and auto-driven natural processes. Yogaasans and Praanaayaam are critical to systematically exercise the joints, muscles, ligaments, etc. of body and all vital organs located therein to ignite abdominal fire and to ensure adequate circulation of oxygenated blood and life-current (Praana). Brain’s auto-command and control mechanisms for holistic health management then become fully operational. The HHWM provides knowledge and firsthand experience to participants about their holistic identity and innate wellbeing. The residential workshop provides focused opportunity to understand root causes about health issues and lifestyle disorders and then ways to deal with them through firsthand experiences during the workshop. Above all, you will have answers to all your vexed questions about health – physical, mental and causal, inter-personal relationships and ways to live a healthy, wealthy and happy life free from stress and sufferings. It provides convincing knowledge about scientific basis and practical applications of simple Yog and Ayurved principles and techniques that are easy to perform and give proven benefits. The 6-day living experience in Ashram setting and total natural environment by itself is a great education and healer for city dwellers. A healthy and flexible body is prerequisite for exploring the subtle and causal bodies within the physical body. How much do you know about the ‘I’ who runs you 24x7 but you have not seen him, never met him? When you show your I-card, it carries a photo of your face. Is that you – your real identity? How much do you know about Ego that determines individual personalities or nature of ‘I’? Can you do something to change Ego? What is pure Self/Soul or Aatman and how to realize it? There will be a free discussion on all these issues in a very simple but logical way from each individual’s personal experiences and then going to Yog and Ayurved classical texts to check the reality. Additionally, Marma Chikitsa and Naturopathy principles will also be briefly discussed. All age groups are welcome. Couples and family coming together greatly benefit as their vexed issues get resolved in normal course.
Children in late teens will also benefit a lot from this Workshop as they can also learn ways to overcome intense sensual pulls, which are unwanted and harmful in the longer run. Above all, you are assured of following outcomes: ● Sound Health at physical, mental and spiritual levels;; ● Passion for achieving higher and higher goals;; ● Stress Management and Life Strategies Planning through Meditation;; ● Sound & Vital decisions making ability;; ● Energy and Creativity the whole day;; ● Excellence in personal and professional lives;; ● Upgrade life’s dreams and ultimate purpose.
