#GreatGolfTimes Terms and Conditions PROMOTER DESCRIPTION: The #GreatGolfTimes Promotion begins at 10:00 AM Swiss Time on 29/07/2016 and ends at 6:00PM Swiss Time on 04/09/2016 (“Promotion Period”). The promotion consists of a Competition, as further described below. The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Competition. Employees, officers, directors, dealers and agents of the Promoter and Administrator and affiliated and subsidiary companies, representatives, legal advisors, any other advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies (“Promotion Team”) and the immediate family or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to apply or participate in the competition. Agreement to the terms and conditions: By participating in the competition, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize(s) is contingent upon the Entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. How to enter the competition: Entrants are able to enter the competition by: 1. Posting a golf themed picture with the hashtag "#GreatGolfTimes" on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Golf Gambook. All photographs submitted should belong to the Entrant as original content otherwise the entry may be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any photo or video that does not meet the entry requirements of the competition. 2. Sharing an official post from the OMEGA European Masters on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Golf Gamebook and following @OmegaEUMasters on Twitter, OmegaEuropeanMasters on Instagram or Golf Gambook or liking the official OMEGA European Masters Facebook page. To be eligible for the competition, Entrants must have both shared a post and be currently, at the time of the draw, be following OMEGA European Masters on Twitter, Instagram or have liked the Facebook page. Facebook posts must be set to public to enter the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entrant Agreement: • By participating in the "#GreatGolfTimes" competition, the Entrant accepts all terms and conditions of the competition listed above and below. • Subject to applicable law, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify these rules or administration of /or suspend this Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice with no obligation or liability, including if for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to technical failure, or computer virus, tampering, fraud or corruption of security or proper administration of the event or other causes beyond the control of the Promoters and Administrators. • The Promoter has all the rights of use of the photographs that are accepted as entries to the competition. Winner selection: Winner selection will be based on, but not limited to, compliance with rules that include: • Prize winners will be selected at random from all entries by the Administrator on the following dates: 8th August 2016, 15th August 2016, 22nd August 2016, 29th August 2016, 4th September 2016. • The winners, who will be announced on OMEGA European Masters social media channels and/or notified by email, must contact OMEGA European Masters via direct message on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Golf Gamebook or direct email within 48 hours of the announcement. • If a selected Entrant does not contact within 48 hours of selection or is not able to adhere to programme dates or does not meet all of the conditions, an alternate Entrant(s) will be selected and notified. The Administrator reserves the right to not re-draw a winner in the instance the first winner does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. • Under no circumstances, may an Entrant transfer their participation to another person. Compensation: Entrants in the programme will not be entitled to any compensation or employee benefits of any kind from any company affiliated with this promotion and agree to refrain from seeking the same. Contest Winner determination and prize terms: • All Entrants that fulfil the application process will be entitled to win. • The packages listed in the following section of these terms are the only prizes available. • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
