When she has good marks, her parents buy her some sweets or some new toys. She's happy and her dream is to have a horse.
Kawy is a small girl who lives in Zimbawe, she is obliged to stay at home doing housework because the only college which is more or less near her village is at 12 kilometres on foot and her parents earn just enough money to eat. When she fi nishes doing housework she must go to a mine to break stones which will be used by the french people to build motorways. Kawy is obliged to marry a fi fty year old man when she is 14 ans. Her dream is to go to school.
