APPEL PARTICIPATIF - ART IN SITU « ETONNANTS POISSONS VOYAGEURS » A LIMAY de JUIN à OCTOBRE 2017

Dans le cadre de projets artistiques conçus autour de la Vallée de la Seine afin de valoriser les Rives si spécifiques comme milieu naturel et matérialiser des enjeux chers à la commune de Limay qui encourage les pratiques culturelles, afin de permettre l’accès à tous à la culture, venez participer à l’intervention artistique « Etonnants poissons voyageurs »: Ouverte à tout les publics, participative, il s’agit d’une accumulation de vos créatures « Etonnants poissons voyageurs » recyclées, exposée en extérieur sur « Fiskehjell », un séchoir géant de bois, installé dehors aux abords de la Médiathèque dès septembre et inauguré publiquement mi Octobre 2017 Ce projet qui durera tout l’’été jusqu’à la rentrée de septembre 2017 est, ouvert à tous : écoles, associations, MAS et toutes autres structures intéressées à participer, amateurs et professionnels etc. Il est piloté par Josée Coquelin, artiste visuelle et professeur d’arts plastiques à l’école municipale d’arts plastiques de Limay

Possible extension en 2018 avec des partenaires Lapons Norvégiens (comme L. Kolostyak active sur Limay), voir des partenaires Russes du port de Mourmansk… dans l’idée d’échanges collaboratifs, d’une « Cabanes exposition voyageuse (déjà réalisée avec les nomades »15x15cm sur Alta au Finnmark où les œuvres des Limayens furent transportées en Arctique et diffusées sur réseaux sociaux)

Elaboration : POISSONS EN RECYCLAGE OU TECHNIQUES MIXTES RECTO/VERSO = Plastifications de collages, dessins, B.D, peintures, estampes, graffitis, sculptures bidouillages (fil de fer), photos plastifiées, couture, mosaïque, etc. + Taille minimum 10 cm à maximum 70 cm , ils devront être assez LEGERS pour être suspendus sur séchoir et envoyés par la poste peutêtre en 2018 en Arctique, exposés !

Attention, Vos poissons seront exposés en extérieur donc doivent pouvoir tenir deux mois dehors !

Vos poissons extraordinaires, originaux, fantasmés, rêvés, mutants, migrants… d’eau douce à leur voyage vers la mer, le nord, l’arctique… à cause du réchauffement climatique, seront récoltés à la MEDIATHEQUE avec SVP Etiquette : Nom, Prénom, adresse mail. Adresse d'envoi :

COLLABORATIVE CALL - ART IN SITU « INTRIGUING WANDERING FISH » In LIMAY from JUNE to OCTOBER 2017 In the context of creative projects revolving around the Seine Valley, the valorization of its riverbanks as a distinct natural environment, as well as contributing to Limay town’s goals toward the promotion of cultural action and the unbound access to culture ; come and participate to the artistic event Intriguing Wandering Fish !

Open to all, collaborative, the project is an accumulation of your own creatures : « Intriguing traveling fish », recycled and exposed outdoors on a « Fiskehjell », a giant wooden dryer set right by the local multimedia library. Starting september and publicly inaugurated mid october 2017.

This project, wich will take place during all summer until september 2017, is open to everybody : schools, associations, specialized foster homes, and all other interested structures, be they amateurs or professionals. It is led by Josée Coquelin, visual artist and art teacher in Limay’s art school.

Possible extension in 2018 with Lapland Norwegian partners (such as L. Kolostyak, also active in Limay), with also possibly russian partners from the port of Murmansk… collectively bearing forward the idea of collaborative partnerships and a truly wandering exhibition (echoing the « Nomadic Cabins » 15x15cm in Finnmark’s Alta, where the creative works of the folk from Limay were transported to Arctic and then went on to social media). Elaboration : FISH MADE OUT OF RECYCLED MATERIALS AND/OR MIXED TECHNIQUES ON BOTH SIDES : plastified collages, plastified pictures, drawings, comics, paintings, engravings, graffitis, sculpture fiddlings (iron wire), sewing, mosaïc, etc. + 10 cm minimum size to a maximum of 70 cm , they will also have to be LIGHT enough so that they can be suspended on the dryer as

well as be sent by post, especially if they are sent to the Arctic in 2018, to be exposed !

Careful now, your fish will be exposed outdoors and must be able to withstand the outside for at least two months !

Your extraordinary, original, oniric, mutant, migrant fish will drift away from fresh water onto the sea, the north, the Arctic… pushed to the brink by global warming. We shall rescue them ! And so they will have to be sent to Limay’s MULTIMEDIA LIBRARY (MEDIATHEQUE) with a tag informing us of you Name, Surname and e-mail adress at
