Dear Catherine, I am very honoured to work at Mornington Hall Residential & Nursing Home that offers both long and short term residential and nursing care. Bupa care home delivers a high standard of care to people who have dementia or are elderly and frail. I am glad to be one of this wonderful team! I am well qualified and I would be an excellent choice for the manager position in Cornwel house. I work with individuals living with dementia during three years now, 42 hours by week. I got my nvq2 in health and social care. I am waiting my nvq3 diploma. I almost finished my senior care assistant training. I know how to handle medication. More about my nvq2 and nvq3 http://gaelromanet.com/ I cared at home for my mum in France for 4 years. I want to work differently with individuals living with dementia, in a person centred approach way that always put the resident as an active participant. I am an artist graphic designer in France during 10 years, I want to do new things, to work in a new way with pictures, that straightaway understandable for my residents, eg a lunch menu with big pictures in colours to propose a real choice for my dementia residents. I can make a change!
