- Supervised a project of the Research Center (>500,000€) at the landfill REP - Claye-Souilly (9 mini-cells of 13 x 20m) - Controlled the pre-treatment of waste before compaction - Planned the weight of waste to be processed on a daily basis using an estimated density (~500 t/d) - Managed two teams of labour and technicians (working two shifts) with heavy construction equipment - Monitored the settlements and the aerobic-anaerobic transition (O2 consumption and diffusion, temperature rise and biogas production)

Worked at the biggest landfill in France (REP-Claye-Souilly) Studied the issue of deep-seated thermal runaways Analyzed the biogas collected Monitored the temperature and the CO concentration Presented the data on cross sections (contouring mapping) Designed and supervised the construction of a pilot (800 m3) to test an extinguishment method - Visited several landfills and a bioreactor in France.
