Assembly Procedure Please follow the information provided in this section to perform the complete assembly procedure of the Eee PC 1201HA. Be sure to use proper tools described before.
A
fter you have completed the previous chapter of complete disassembly, please follow this chapter to assemble the Eee PC 1201HA back together. This chapter describes the procedures of the complete Eee PC 1201HA assembly. In addition, in between procedures, the detailed assembly procedure of individual modules will be provided for your service needs. The assembly procedure consists of the following steps:

LCD Module The illustrations below show how to assemble and install the LCD module of the Eee PC 1201HA. Assemble LCD
1. Install the camera on the LCD back cover.

2. Install the CMOS cable and connect it with the camera.
3. Install the LCD brackets and secure 4 screws to fix them.

4. Connect the coaxial cable.
5. Assemble the LCD panel on the LCD cover.

6. Install the LCD hinges and secure 4 screws to fix them.
7. Install the LCD front bezel on LCD back cover and press the sides to fix them well.

8. Secure 6 screws (M2*4) on LCD front bezel and then fix 6 rubber pads on it.
9. Install the two LCD hinge covers.
10. Install the LCD Module on bottom case and secure 2 screws here. Then well arrange the cables and past 1 piece of tape here.

1. Connect the Bluetooth cable and install the Bluetooth module on the bottom case.

1. Install the motherboard on the bottom case and paste the BIOS battery here.
2. Secure 2 screws here and connect the LVDS cable, RJ45 CONNECTOR CABLE，CMOS cable, fan cable, Bluetooth cable with the motherboard.
