Call for papers and publications HRM, SME & Entrepreneurship Conference Exchanging Viewpoints Montpellier, France. April 1st, 2010. http://www.ecsb.univ-montp1.fr Instructions for authors: Articles will include complete name of author, title and affiliation. • The first page will include: - Title of article (Times 18 bold type); - Names and institutions of authors, name and address of the author where will be sent the Committee decision (Times 14 bold type); - Abstract (10 lines) (Times 12 bold type). • Articles with a maximum length of 30,000 characters and typewritten in single spacing. • Pages, tables, figures and charts are numbered. • The hierarchy of intertitles will be made with two levels: - Titles (1.): Times 14 bold type. - Subtitles (1.1.) : Times 12 bold type. • The notes will be accepted but few in number and will taken place in footers and in order 1, 2, 3, ... • Bibliography: Full references will be indicated in the text by the name(s) of authors followed by the year of publication. In the case of many authors, they will be separated by a comma. For instance, « A method has been proposed (Davies, 1995) or (Davies, Smith, 1995) ». In case of more than one publication from the same author in the same year, the letters a, b, ... will be added after the year. The references will be gathered in the bibliography in alphabetical order according to the name of the first author as follows: - Book: author name and initial letter of first name, date of publication, book title, Editor, Place of edition, Example: Mintzberg H. (1994), The Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning, The Free Press, New York.
