Introduction
Program
After the first year of a MASTER’S degree in civil engineering or other technical fields, students have an opportunity to attend this year on a specialised master’s program.
December 2006 to December 2007
Students will spend the first semester (January to June.) in Angers. The second, which will be a 6 months training period, which can be spent in a French or a foreign company. The network of universities involved in this program offers many contacts with European companies.

• Language and communication - 6 ECTS • Management - 8 ECTS • Maintenance, Facility Management - 8 ECTS • Science and technology - 8 ECTS • Professional and research project— 10 ECTS • Work experience, 6 months - 20 ECTS 370 h / Year of courses and 160h of tutorial personal work.
Pedagogy by project For all Courses, students will work, and will be evaluated through group projects. To mix the different students cultures and capacities, the composition of the groups will change for all projects.

Applicants must have a MASTER’S Degree in Science, an Engineer Degree, a Bachelor of Science with 3 years of professional experience or an equivalent in Civil Engineering or Real Estate Management. However, registration of students with other academic curses ; Electrical, energetic, House Automation, … and who are highly motivated by our training program will be also considered.
