Solicitation Amendment Title: RISO – Portable Sit/Stand Desktop Solicitation Amendment No. 002 This solicitation is hereby amended to provide the following questions and answers: Q2. I have a question regarding the technical specification outlined in the above bid solicitation. According to Annex A, the work surface must range from 36”-38” wide and 27”-30” deep. Are you talking about the work surface that the sit/stand device will be placed upon? Or the actual work surface of the sit/stand product that will be retrofit to the workstation? To my knowledge there is only one product that will meet this requirement and we are weighing whether we can even bid on this with our product. A2. We are not referring to the work surface that the sit/stand device will be placed upon. We are referring to the actual work surface of the sit/stand product. Additionally, the statement of requirement is to be revised by adding “This item must be a standalone product and not require mounting to any work surface.” AND (1) Reference: Page 14 of 17, Annex A – Statement of Requirement DELETE Annex A – Statement of Requirement in its entirety; and INSERT Annex A – Statement of Requirement (revised July 2016) attached.

ANNEX A - STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT (Revised July 2016)
PORTABLE SIT/STAND DESKTOP The complete specifications and/or descriptive literature should be submitted with the proposal but may be submitted afterwards. If the complete specifications and/or descriptive literature are not submitted as requested, the Contracting Authority will so inform the Bidder and provide the Bidder with a time frame within which to meet this requirement. Failure to comply with the request of the Contracting Authority and meet the requirement within that time period will render the bid non-responsive. Objective: To supply and deliver adjustable Sit/Stand Work Surfaces with attached keyboard tray to be placed on existing workstation desktops. Specifications: x Sit and stand positions, x Adjustable to different heights, x Keyboard tray lifts with display surface, x Work surface must range from 36-38” wide and 27”– 30” deep, x Maximum extended height of desktop no more than 18" and for keyboard no more than 14", x Spring assisted lift, x Fully assembled upon delivery, x Able to accommodate dual 24” monitors or a single 24” monitor and a docking station, x This item must be a standalone product and not require mounting to any work surface.
