" with intention to stifle the truth, impede exercise of an equitable, impartial, independent justice, produce publicly seen and known from all humanity : injustice, impunity, immorality, allow continuation of a continent scale genocide, establish the most macabre record, most unworthy, most ashamed, of whole history of humanity, proscribe justice to prosecute and condemn them, and serve impunity of a coalition of humanity torturers, culprits of non-assistance to population in death danger, of high treason and perjury of their duties, missions, function as guarantor for the maintenance of peace and international security ( art. 24 UNO Charter ) .
