The EC continued the reading and discussion of the Bylaws draft for a part of the meeting. The analysis concentrated on the article "ELECTION OF COUNCILORS AND OFFICERS" and in particular on the procedure and time schedule for IAOA elections and ballots. The EC agreed that the process implemented for the April 2010 election/ballots was positive and decided to keep it as a guideline for this part of the Bylaws. The EC has selected the location for next FOIS conference: FOIS 2012 will be held in Graz, Austria with Stefan Schulz as Local Chair.
