The Ivan Cyomoro project Background: On our 7th of August edition, we informed Ikaze Iwacu readers about the Ivan Cyomoro project. Ivan Cyomoro who returned to Rwanda in June after “graduating” from Harvard University (yet to see any photo of his graduation ceremony). Cyomoro dropped out of west point military academy in 2010 due to lack of interest in the Army, Ivan moved to Harvard University at the school of business and management. The Kagames have been forcing and convincing their son that he has to be part of the RDF family in order for him to have a chance of replacing the Father or Mother in future, it’s through this back door meetings and recruitments that Ivan Cyomoro with other boys who have just concluded their cadet courses in USA, Israel and Ethiopia will be commissioned in the army as 2nd lieutenants. These boys are not any other Tutsis; they are Tutsis from Abega sub clan. His myopic parents now believe that Rwanda is a kingdom under abega rule, in their Umushinga they plan to change the constitution to allow Paul Kagame to stand again for presidency and reduce the presidential years from 7 years to 5 years, which means after the 2017 elections the next elections will be held in 2022.

Ivan Cyomoro, on the right, enroled by force in the army A senior official in village Urugwiro has told Ikaze iwacu that “since Ivan Cyomoro’s return to Rwanda, Ivan worked for the months of June and July within his father’s office as an intern, before being transferred to the presidential guard. The president has appointed Andrew Mwenda as his mentor. This is a sign that the president is preparing him for bigger responsibilities.” Ikaze Iwacu readers should know that Andrew Mwenda is a rogue Ugandan journalist who owns the Independent news paper in Uganda. In 2007 Andrew Mwenda was sacked from the monitor news paper in Uganda due to unethical behaviour, and this is when Paul Kagame through Colonel Emmanuel Ndahiro contacted and recruited Andrew Mwenda to become a communication director within Kagame’s office.

Paul Kagame personally financed Andrew Mwenda to start the Independent news paper in Uganda. Andrew Mwenda is also a special DMI agent who is in charge of recruiting senior Ugandan military officers on behalf of Kagame and his Barclays’ bank account is being used to channel money for Rwanda’s intelligence work in Uganda. The Presidential guard circus A senior officer in the presidential guard told Ikaze Iwacu that “Ivan Cyomoro was commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant on the 17th of August and they were 12 boys all together. We have been working with him since then, but he is in the intelligence department of the presidential guard.” This reliable source continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that Ivan Cyomoro is under Lt. Colonel Joseph Gishaija the current acting head of intelligence office within the presidential guard; as the former head Major Rwivanga was sacked and put on Agatebe for merely being a brother in law to Lt. Gen Charles Kayonga. In enhancing the Ivan Cyomoro project, Rwanda’s insane ruler also transferred Cyomoro’s cousin Charles Shema from the police to the intelligence department within the presidential guard. Criminal Paul Kagame also promoted his nephew Charles Shema to the rank of a Lt. Colonel, now Lt. Colonel Shema is working as an intelligence tutor to Ivan Cyomoro. The same informer has also told Ikaze Iwacu that Ivan Cyomoro will be escorting the father to New York for the general Assembly meeting and later to Canada for Rwanda day. Criminal Paul Kagame will also be taking his children back to school after a long summer holiday in Rwanda. It’s also important to inform Ikaze Iwacu readers that Ugandan journalist Andrew Mwanda will be part of Paul Kagame’s entourage that will travel to United Nations general assembly in New York and later Canada for Kagame day. Uganda’s unethical journalist was also with criminal Kagame in London for the Kagame day celebration. All this is happening while intelligent students from the poor back ground can’t even afford to obtain state scholarship to Universities. Dictator Paul Kagame has turned Rwanda into a personal family property!
