In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a Facebook account, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder at the time of entry. In order to be qualified to win, you and the two (2) accounts/people must follow the Bouclair Instagram page at the time of winner selection. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these official Contest Rules and any other applicable terms of use from BOUCLAIR INC. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an Instagram account, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account. 5. WINNER SELECTION: Drawing will be held on: April 24, 2017 at 11:59 a.m. ET at the Pointe-Claire, Quebec, offices of BOUCLAIR INC., one (1) eligible entrant will be random selected at random as the potential winner of the Prize, as described below. The potential Prize winner will be

contacted by a representative of BOUCLAIR INC. within two (2) business days of the draw at the e-mail address provided by the entrant in his or her Contest entry. BOUCLAIR INC. is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending a direct message on either Instagram or Facebook. At that time winner will be provided further details regarding the prize. The potential winner found to be ineligible, who declines to accept the prize or who is unable to be contacted (including failing to return direct messages and e-mails) within two (2) business days of notification may be required to forfeit the Prize and another eligible entrant may be selected at BOUCLAIR INC.’s sole discretion. 6. PRIZE: Enter to win 1 prize package worth an estimated cost of $600.00 CAD. Prizes are not transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor or Administrator's sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to substitute the Prizes, or a component thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest Period. Standard Internet, messaging and/or data rates and other charges may apply for each Entry sent according to the terms and conditions of the entrant’s services agreement with your Internet provider or wireless carrier. By participating in the Contest, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility for any such rates or charges and you hereby release Sponsor and the Promotion Entities with respect to the same. Please contact your wireless carrier or Internet service provider for more details regarding any applicable rates or charges. 7. SELECTION PROCESS: The Sponsor will randomly choose a winner. The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a maximum of two (2) attempts to contact the potential Prize winners (using the account information on their Facebook or Instagram account) within two (2) business days of the Selection Date. If the potential Prize Winner has not responded within two (2) business days of the Selection Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select an alternate eligible entrant from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with these Rules to be a potential Prize Winner (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize Winner). Following selection, and confirmation of the eligibility of the selected entrants and their compliance with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right (but shall not have the obligation) to publically announce the winner’s name and city of residence at a time and in a manner selected by the Sponsor, in their sole and absolute discretion. 8. SELECTED ENTRANTS: Before being declared a winner, potential winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity, releasing Sponsor, administrator, it’s advertising and promotional agencies, the prize suppliers, Facebook, Instagram and all of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability or claims in connection with this contest or the prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within two (2) business days of the date of the notification, or prize will be forfeited and potential winner disqualified. By accepting or participating in a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, voice, statements relating to the promotion or Sponsor, videos and photographs (or other likenesses), without further compensation, in any publicity and/or media

carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in connection with this contest, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation the Internet, unless prohibited by law. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept the prize, or in the event that a prize confirmation or prize is returned undeliverable, another entrant from the remaining eligible entries will be selected as a potential winner. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor and/or Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Releasees reserve the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest in part or in full, subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) in Quebec. The Releasees reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of this contest or website or violates the Official Rules of this contest. All decisions of Sponsor, Administrator, its agents and the independent contest organization are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. 10. In the event that it is discovered that an entrant has entered more than once during the contest period using different and/or the same Facebook, and/or Instagram, he/she will be disqualified and respective eligible prize claim will become null and void and the entrant will not be entitled to claim any prize. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram, or Instagram ID used at time of entry. The selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder associated with the selected online entry. 11. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. No communication will take place with entrants, except the entrant(s) selected as the potential winners. 12. SÉLECTION DU GAGNANT Le tirage sera fait le 24 avril 2017 à 11 h 59 HNE dans les bureaux de BOUCLAIR INC. à Pointe-Claire (Québec), une participation admissible sera sélectionnée au hasard comme gagnant potentiel du, comme il est décrit ci-dessous. Un représentant de BOUCLAIR INC. communiquera par courriel avec le/la gagnant(e) potentiel du prix dans les deux (2) jours ouvrables suivant le tirage au compte Facebook ou Instagram fourni

par le participant sur son bulletin de participation. BOUCLAIR INC. ne sera pas tenue responsable de toutes coordonnées incorrectes, fausses, modifiées, incomplètes ou illisibles. La notification sera réputée avoir été faite dès que le courriel sera envoyé. Un gagnant potentiel du prix qui s’avère inadmissible, qui refuse d’accepter le prix ou qui ne peut être joint (y compris qui ne répond pas aux courriels) dans les deux (2) jours ouvrables suivant la notification pourrait avoir à renoncer au prix. 6. Si, pour une raison quelconque, le concours ne peut se dérouler comme prévu, y compris l'infection par virus aux ordinateurs, bogues, altération, une, intervention, non, autorisée, fraude, défaillance technique ou toute autre cause échappant au contrôle de l'organisateur et/ou l'administrateur, qui corrompt ou affecte l'administration, la sécurité, l'équité, l'intégrité ou la régularité de la présente concours, les responsables du concours se réservent le droit d'annuler, résilier, modifier ou suspendre le concours, en totalité ou en partie, sous réserve uniquement de l'approbation de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux la (“ Régie”)du Québec.
