The team managers of each country will be responsible for confirmation of the riders and payment of entry fees.
TRACK LOCATION The track is located in the “Sportzentrum Vösendorf”, Kindbergstrasse BMX signs will show you the direction.
FIRST AID / EMERGENCY First aid will be under control of the Austrian Red Cross. A doctor will be present during all the event. 2 ambulances will be ready on the spot. In case of transportation by ambulance, the cost will be at your own expenses. You will receive documents to be reimbursed by your own insurance. The BMX Club of Vösendorf decline all responsability in case of damage or robberies that could occur on track, parking or camping.

According to the decisions made during the UEC BMX convention, the riders which were duly registered but who do not show, will not have to pay the registration provided that their Federation advises of their cancelation before thursday June 02nd, 08 AM. ENTRY FEES The entry fee for all Challenge classes is: 18,00 € per class The entry fee for Championship classes is: 51,00 € per round for Elite classes. 25,00 € per round for Junior classes. Late entries can be accepted if the category concerned is not full and will be charged of a penalty of 34,00 € for one or two round of the Championship classes and 13,00 € for the Challenge classes. NUMBER PLATES The organiser doesn’t supply the number plates. Each rider has to bear his international number.
TIME SCHEDULE Gate training on Friday from 05 PM to 08 PM. After the registration deadline, detailed time schedule will be sent to each federation according to the numbers of participants in each class.
RULES UEC rules are applicable. The Chief Referee will be Mr. Jan Sycora (CZE). Clip pedals are allowed for classes 13 and over. All riders registered in the Championship classes and the riders registered in the European BMX CUP (13 and over) must wear the national jersey or the two flags of their country on the sleeves of their racing shirt.
EUROPEAN BMX CUP Starting in 2005, the UEC BMX Commission will run the European BMX Cup. The Cup is open to the riders who will participate in all the classes Challenge 13 and over (20 and 24 inches). The general ranking will calculated on the best 5 results of the 7 possible races. - 1 race in Sainte Maxime (France) April 23rd and 24th - 2 races in Klatovy (Czech Republic) May 7th et 8th - 2 races in Vösendorf (Austria) June 4th and 5th - 2 races in Cheddar (Great Britain) June 25th and 26th

The campsite is near the track. Campers will be welcome on Thursday, 2. 6. 05 from 14.oo to Monday. 6. 6. 05. up to 12.o`clock. Every place for car and caravan, motorhome or tent and a car will be 9 x 6 meters. Weekend price incl. electric : € 70.-/place (The electric connection is 220 V AC / 10A from there: no electric cookers and heaters!) Water, toiletts and showers are next the campsite.
