Testimonial #1: A couple of months ago, I had purchased 2 N14R Duabooks for a client in an industrial setting. Unfortunately the message was lost before I could return it, but I wanted to pass on some feedback. So far, the units have performed admirably, in a busy automotive shop with multiple users and periodic exposure to adverse weather conditions as is often the norm in Northern Alberta Canada. This winter saw out side temperatures below -40F, and as you can imagine a shops temperatures will often fluctuate with large doors being opened repeatedly during the day. Exposure to dust, grease, grime, -snow balls!-, rough handling, bumps and drops has resulted in not a single issue or failure with these devices. I am pleased and impressed with the quality of these units, especially so given the attractive price point. Also, I wanted to say I am equally impressed with GammaTech, as my initial inquiry to them about a Canadian Supplier was responded to immediately, resulting in a completed dealer account with NXsource by the end of that business day. NXSource, and my rep there Marc Chan, has been a pleasure to deal with, with multiple orders no matter how large or small, handled with prompt, professional service.
