SMALL BLACK TABLE OR BOX FOR CARMEN SOUZA’S PERCUSSIONS (50X40X40 APROX)NOTE: ANY CHANGED TO BACKLINE LIST MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH ARTIST MANAGEMENT STAGE HOSPITALITY SIX (6) BOTTLES OF MINERAL WATER SIX (6) TOWELLS ALL EQUIPMENT FOR PERFORMANCE MUST BE SET UP AND POSITIONED ON PERFORMANCE STAGE AS ILLUSTRATED ON THE STAGE PLAN AT LEAST ONE HALF HOUR PRIOR TO SOUND CHECK FOR ARTIST. BACKSTAGE AMENITIES / SECURITY / FOOD: The PROMOTER shall provide at hist own cost and expense: 2 large, comfortable, clean, air conditioned and heated dressing rooms with private bathroom facilities for the sole use of the artists. The dressing room should be supplied with 4 clean towels, hot and cold water, full length mirror, table and chairs, power sockets and clean rubbish bin. The PROMOTOR shall be responsible for the security of the items in the dressing room and for keeping all unauthorised persons from entering said area. The dressing room should be capable of being locked and the key shall be available to the tour manager. The dressing room is to contain the following at PROMOTOR'S sole cost and expense, 30m prior to soundcheck: Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, spoons, and a kettle Honey and 1 fresh lemon Fresh fruit selection (Bananas, orange, berries, apples, peach, kiwi… etc) Nuts, chocolate, cookies, crisps Sandwiches (chicken, cheese, vegetarian – NO PORK) in sufficient quantities for 5 people, 5 litres still mineral water 2 litres of fruit juice, we like 100% juice J Glasses, Utensils, Napkins HOT MEALS ON TOUR, The promoter shall provide 2 proper hot meal (LUNCH AND DINNER) for each member of the party which should be served at the venue, nearby restaurant OR HOTEL. This must be agreed with the manager in advance . NO dodgy fast food please As an alternative to the hot meals, subject to the advance approval of the management artist, the promoter may make cash payment of € 40,00 per person for each member of the party. The said payment should be made to the ARTIST or tour manager upon arrival. ACCOMODATION PROMOTER is to provide and pay for minimum 4* Hotel accommodation with Full Breakfast included as follows: 1 Double (with 2 single beds) – Carmen Souza/Theo Pas’cal 1 Single – Jonathan Idiagbonya 1 Single – Mauricio Zottarelli PARKING The promoter shall provide and pay for suitable parking facilities at the venue (from load in to Load out) , also at the Hotel.
