Roberto Fonseca 2012 COMPLETE RIDER This is the Rider for Mr. Roberto Fonseca. Please read it carefully and return it signed. INTRODUCTION This rider is part of the contract and will be signed ON EACH PAGE and attached to the contract. The promoter will follow all the instructions contained in the following pages; any material missing or any problem will be checked before with the tour manager of the group. If you have any doubts or if you have problems to get any of the following materials please contact with The Tour Manager or Montuno Producciones Office. Acoustic v- dosc, Meyer Sound, D&B, MARTIN, NEXO, Always Line Array is the best Option. NO HOME MADE P.A WILL BE ACCEPTED. The promoter will also provide “Delays” to ensure that the sound system will produce the same Db pressure in all the audience seats. Please 110 Db minimum. Theatres or Indoor Venues  The mixing desk will be located between both sound systems, and in 2/3 the way to the back of the venue, NEVER under balconies and ALWAYS on the same level as the lower level audience. Open Air Events In open air events, The P.A desk will never be located more than 25 meters from the front stage and will be placed in a platform of minimum 5m. x 4m. at 0.30m. high (MAXIMUM), and will be covered with canvas F.O.H. CONTROL  1 x Mixing desk, a minimum 40/8/2 with 4 full parametric equalization and VCA Important Midas heritage, xl 8 , Pro 6. YAMAHA Pm 3500, 4000 or 5000, Soundcraft four, five VI 6 . We know it’s not easy to use Canopus kits for all concerts and depending on the situation we can put a Canopus logo sticker on the bass drum head. PERCUSION  Set of 4 Latin Percussion wooden congas. We need two congas and two tumbas Sizes: Congas 11 ¾” ,Tumba 12 ½” or 13”. Not smaller. The 4 congas need to have the same height, Please no plastic drumhead only skin no stands, on floor and not carpet. Preferred. LP Models: Classic, Potato, Galaxy. Main models: Woodcraft and Professionals series.  2 x Djembe one with stand and the second without stand  1 kick drum pedal  1 x Drum Stools,  2 x Cymbals stands Extras 6 x Instruments cables 6 meters jack to jack Mono ¼”. 4 x instruments cables 2 meters jack to jack Mono ¼”. 1 x chair in black without arms 2 x tables for the laptop & talk voxr 0.50m. x 0.30 m x 0.80m height. We can use two flight cases covered with black cloth. Or a Piano bench is ok PLEASE PROVIDE A BACKLINER TO HELP OUR CREW SET UP THE STAGE. RISERS 5 x RISERS type ROSCO 2m. x 1m. each. Or 4 riser 2,40 x 1.20 high disposed as described at the stage plot. STEPS on each platform, a total of 2 All necessary black tube tines (black cloth). to cover fronts and sides of the risers. SET UP AND ARRIVAL We will need 90 minutes for set up stage and dressing rooms; please all the sound, risers and backline need to be ready on stage at our arrival. We will need 90 minutes for sound check with the band. A minimum of 60 minutes line check it’s necessary if it is not possible to do a sound check. . During the sound check the stage will be for the sole use of the ARTIST. THE ARTIST will have the control of all the sound and lights system. STAGE DIMENSIONS The Promoter will provide a stage with the following dimensions: Width: 10 m. / Depth: 8 m. / Height: depending on the venue (a minimum of 1. m. high is required). MINIMUM LIGHTING EQUIPMENT LIST  8 x 6 Par 64, some ACL, leds focus. Profiles etc. enough to do a nice show with some different scenes.  Frontal and back structure  1 Professional Light desk plus operator and all the necessary dimmers to cover all channels.  Moving Lights are always welcome wash and spots  Black drop (Size adjust to the stage dimension, approx. 10 m. x 6 m.).  Black Legs and borders to close on both sides (if it’s possible). LOCAL CREW The Promoter will provide the following LOCAL crew:  One (1) Production Manager.  One (1) P.A Engineer. To help our F.O.H engineer.  One (1) Monitor engineer. To help our monitor engineer  One (1) Person in charge of Hospitality and dressing rooms.  One (1) Light Engineer. Please note that we are travelling without Light Engineer. DRESSING ROOMS The group will need at least three (3) dressing rooms. & a green room for Catering. One (1) Dressing room for Mr. Roberto Fonseca One (1) Dressing room for all the musicians or two if the dressing rooms are smalls One (1) Dressing room for Production Office These dressing rooms will have their own toilets. The toilets must have soap, towels and toilet paper. Each dressing room will be equipped as described below: Roberto Fonseca Dressing room  1 Table, 2 chairs, wardrobes and hangers a big sofa is good.  1 Iron and iron table. Important!  1 Full length mirror  Some water, soft drinks … not alcohol  Cookies, nuts, and snacks Musicians Dressing Room  1 Table, 8 chairs, wardrobes and 10 hangers.  1 Full length mirror.  Easy access to the toilets completely equipped (towels, soap, toilet paper…) Production Office  Table + 2 chairs  Internet connection always welcome  AC Outlets.  Hangers and wardrobe. The keys of these dressing rooms should be delivered to the Artist’s Tour Manager on arrival. If the rooms are not lockable the promoter shall provide a security guard to look after the dressing rooms. CATERING The catering for Mr. Roberto Fonseca’s band will be as follows and should be ready at the crew load in. For the Musicians’ Dressing Room or green room  A fridge & 1 bucket of ice cubes – to be refilled as necessary while band stays at the venue.  Several Soft drinks as Coca Colas, Diet Coke, Orange Sodas, Sprites, Coffee espresso and tea  6 Biers  A different (100%) juices, orange, apple, peach etc..  A lots of Bottles of sparkling and mineral water (Vitel, Evian or similar)  Assorted sandwiches of ham, salami, turkey, roast beef, different cheeses, etc ______________________

Chocolate bars, cookies and Sweet Biscuits, fresh fruits basket (grape, bananas, apples, oranges…) enough for 10 people.  Assorted snacks as chips.  2 bottle or Red wine at the end of the show (please live to the tour manager) This catering must remain set up until the band leaves the Venue. On Stage (30 min. before starts the Show)  10 Small, Clean and dry hand towels.  20 Small bottles of regular (NON GAS) mineral water. DINNER The Artist will like to have dinner at the venue. The beverages listed on the last page will be only for preshow catering and after show, Dinner drinks should be considered apart with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO THE ARTIST. In some case a Buy out will be accepted 25 Euros, 20 Pounds, or 30 dollars. The food should consist of a 3-course meal: 1 entry, sup salad pasta etc. 1 main course (meat, chicken or fish). And desert. Drinks: Red Wine, mineral water, Coca-cola, sprite, fruit juice, espresso coffee, tea, etc… Please no spicy food. Note that we are travelling with one person that cannot eat corn and lamb in any form and one person doesn’t eat Pork. Please two alternatives options minimum for main course, order Side dishes are appreciated (rice, mashed potatoes, etc…) SECURITY The PROMOTER will ensure the artist’s belongings from the time of the artist crew arrival to the time of their departure with efficient security in the backstage entrance(s), front stage, backstage area and parking. GROUND TRANSPORTATION We are planning travel with our bus always will be possible. If the Artist is coming with his own tour bus, we only will need transfer Hotel – venue –hotel if our driver was driving all hours aloud. THE TOUR MANAGER WILL ADVISE IN ADVANCE IF THE PROMOTER DON’T NEED TO PROVIDE GROUND TRANSPORTATION FOR THE MUSICIANS. Parking The promoter will assure PARKING area for the tour bus AT THE HOTEL and AT THE VENUE at no cost to the artist, in the venue this parking should be as near as possible to the Artist ‘s entrance and in the Hotel near as possible to it. Please reserved a extra Hotel room for our driver The tour Manager will advices with Time for this extra room IF WE DON’T TRAVEL WITH OUR BUS The promoter will supplied Coming or departing by plane or train:  One comfortable Van with enough space for 10 people with local driver for Mr. Roberto Fonseca completes entourage from airport/train station to hotel and from hotel to airport/train station. 14 pieces of luggage a little bit of equipment will be transferred in the same vehicle. ______________________

Roberto Fonseca 2012 For the Day of the Show (Internal Transport)  Transfer for the Tour Manager & crew, Drummer and percussionist. to go from the Hotel to the Venue at the time accorded between the Tour Manager and the Local Promoter, normally 90 minutes before the band.  For the band. One comfortable van with local driver with enough space for 8 people for local transport from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel. WE ALWAYS ADVICE IN ADVANCE IF We’ll ARRIVES WITH OUR BUS OR NOT. PRESS FACILITIES The promoter should present a list of photographers to the Tour Manager at the beginning of the set up. Any request concerning TELEVISION or RADIO RECORDING should be made to MONTUNO PRODUCCIONES in advance. The Tour Manager will provide a document where the policy of photo shooting is included. All Press should have their specific passes provided by the tour manager. Any press material needed, or requests, pleases contact: Clair McFadden e-mail: [email protected] INTERVIEWS The promoter will not allow any press or photographers inside the dressing rooms. The Artist will not be submitting to any public appearance with political reasons or publicity of any kind. All interviews must be agreed before with Montuno Producciones. HOTEL The PROMOTER will provide to the ARTIST a 4* star Hotel (Michelin Guide). With BUFFET or COOKED AMERICAN BREAKFAST INCLUDED The PROMOTER will consult the Tour manager’s ARTIST about the Hotel, having his confirmation in order to make the final booking of the Hotel. ROOMS required – 8 singles, WE WILL ADVICE IN ADVANCE TO CANCEL ONE ROOM IF THE BAND DON’T TRAVEL WITH OUR BUS For the single rooms king size beds are required, This Hotel will be well located, as close as possible to the venue and city centre (please do not book outside city Hotels). The Hotel should be equipped with: HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION, restaurant, room service , porter . In some case a good 3* star Hotel will be accepted if the hotel have all this service. Please Check with the tour manager if will be necessary to have a early check in or check out. The tour manager will do the check in for all the band and he will leave a credit card just for guarantee all the extras of the rooms Please be ready the hotel keys at our arrival with a copy of our rooming list for each room.
