The running race of " 9 clochers en Beaujolais" is an event open to all sporting, licensed or not. It includes two championship 12 Km ( 5 clochers ) and 25 km ( 9 clochers ) on roads and trails through the vineyards of Golden Stones. The departure of the two courses will be given at 9 and 9:10 in front of the Madonna, in Chazay. The finish will be at the Salle Saint Exupéry (sports complex) Chazay. More supplies will be held on the 5th, 10th, 15th and 19th km and at the finish. Flagging will be placed on the course at all crossings and the various risk areas. Security will be provided until 12pm (signalers, rescue workers, doctors, car brush, Commissioners). Participants will be considered as personal tour and must respect the highway code and bans in force.
The organization :
The organization is covered by liability insurance. Licensees enjoy the guarantees granted by the insurance related to their license. It is up to others to ensure participants personally. Participants expressly authorize the organizer and his successors such as partners and media to use all documents photo or video on which they may appear during their participation in the race " 9 clochers ". They also allow the organizer to use their email addresses to send mail or documentation
Entries :
To be registered, any registration requires the provision of medical justification and paycheck. For licensees of the Athletics Federation and the Triathlon Federation, a photocopy of a valid license on the date of the event is required. For all other licensed and unlicensed, a medical certificate marked "non-cons to the practice of athletics competition or running in competition", dated within one year of date of the test is required. All registrations are final. It will be no refund in case of cancellation, unless presentation of a medical certificate justifying it. No registration will be taken on race morning and it will not run on the course without official bib. The organizer, The " 9 clochers association ", shall have power to enforce this Regulation. In case of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to close entries at any time to modify all or part of the route. Any registration involves taking knowledge and full acceptance of these rules
