Regulation «9 clochers» The run The pedestrian running “9 clochers” is a test opened to all the sportsmen, the graduates or not. It includes two routes 11 km (5 clochers) and 24 km (9 clochers) on roads and paths through the vineyard of golden stones. The departure of both routes will be given at 9 am and 9:10 am to the bell tower of the Madonna, in Chazay. The arrival will be considered in the Saint Exupery room (sports complex) in Chazay. Several provisionings will be organized in the 5th, 10th, 15th and 19th kilometers as well as on arrival. Signaleurs will be placed on the route in all the crossings as well as in the various points at risk. The security will be assured till 12:00 am (signaleurs, first-aid workers, doctors, broom wagon, police captains). The participants will be considered as in personal excursion and will have to respect the traffic rules as well as the current bans.

The organisation The organization is covered by a third-party insurance. The graduates benefit from guarantees granted by the insurance bound to their license. it falls to the other participants to make sure personally. The participants authorize expressly the organizer and his legal successor such as partners and media to use any documents photo or video on which they could appear on the occasion of their participation to the running of “9 clochers”.

The inscriptions To be registered, any inscription requires the supply of a medical documentary evidence and a check of payment. For the graduates of the French Federation of Athletics ( FFA) and the French Federation of Triathlon ( FFTRI), the photocopy of a valid license in the date of the test is required. For all other graduates and the not graduates, a medical certificate carrying the mention of " not contraindication in the practice of the athletics in competition or from the running in competition ", dating at least from one year to the date the test is required. Any inscription is firm and definitive. She can be the object of no repayment in case of fixed price, except presentation of a medical certificate justifying this one. No inscription will be taken the Sunday morning. The organizer, will have any power to make respect the present regulation. In case of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to enclose the inscriptions at any time and to modify all or any of the route. Any inscription implies the apprehension and the whole acceptance of the present regulation.
