Traitement médical Le Collège du Léman est habilité à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour la sauvegarde de la santé et du bienR être de l’élève. Le responsable légal autorise expressément le Collège du Léman à prendre toutes dispositions nécessaires pour assurer le traitement médical de l’élève. Les frais seront facturés au représentant légal.
Medical Treatment Collège du Léman reserves the right to take all necessary actions in the best interest of the health and wellR being of the student. The Legal Guardian explicitly authorizes Collège du Léman to take all necessary actions to provide medical treatment to the student and agrees to pay all expenses incurred at the discretion of the school for the medical treatment of the student.

A réception du formulaire d’inscription le Collège du Léman émettra la facture. L’inscription devient définitive et sera confirmée dès réception du montant total.
After reception of the application form, Collège du Léman will issue the invoice. Registration shall become final and will be confirmed upon receipt of this amount.
Règles Toutes les règles du code de conduite de l’école s’appliquent pendant toute la durée du programme. La consummation d’alcool et / ou de drogue est strictement interdite et entraîne un renvoi immédiate de l’élève. Le paiement n’est pas remboursable et la totalité du montant reste acquise à l’école.
Rules All the rules of the code of conduct of the school apply for the duration of the programme. Consumption of alcohol and / or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal of the student. The payment is not refundable and the total amount retained by the school.

Les paiements doivent s’effectuer par virement sur le compte du Collège du Léman Sarl, UBS Genève, Compte No. 240R 301185.00A, Code Swift : UBSWCHZH80A et IBAN : CH12 0024 0240 3011 8500 A, ou par carte de crédit au guichet de la comptabilité. 2.5 % chargement pour paiements par carte de credit.

Si l’élève quitte le programme avant son terme, le montant total du programme reste entièrement acquis au Collège du Léman, ainsi que les autres frais engagés à date et non encore payés.
If the student leaves before the scheduled end of his or her stay, the total amount of the session will be forfeited in full to Collège du Léman Sàrl as well as other expenses engaged not yet paid.
